Character Development Session - Decision Making

Character Development is a key element of the HSPD program. It's vital that players understand how important it is to be a "good person", a person with integrity and solid character.

Gerhard Sanchez, NFL NY Regional Director and LaLisa Anthony, NFL Midwest Regional Director led HSPD 7-on-7 players through an exercise and skit to understand how to make good decisions.

Players were broken into teams to present their skits demonstrating the impact of poor decision making.
